Refund policy

14-day returns

We offer consumers 14-day returns, regardless of delivery country and without needing to give a reason. Let us know within 14 days that you wish to cancel your purchase. The period starts the day after you receive your item, or the last item if your order arrives in separate shipments.

Start a return or cancellation

Use our online return and cancellation service. Sign in with the email address used for your order and the one-time code sent to you. You do not need to have created an account when purchasing. Select your order and submit your return or cancellation request. You will receive an automatic email confirmation.

You can also clearly notify us at info@holywisdom.shop. You do not need to wait for our approval to exercise your right to cancel.

Return address and shipping

When you notify us of your return, we will provide the return address and practical instructions. If we have not provided another return address, you may use our business address listed under Contact information.

For change-of-mind returns, you arrange and pay for return shipping. Send the item back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your cancellation. Pack it securely and keep proof of dispatch. We recommend tracked shipping.

Item condition

You may inspect the item as you would in a physical shop. If you handle it beyond what is needed to establish its characteristics and function, we may deduct the resulting loss in value. We do not charge a separate return or restocking fee.

Refunds

We refund using the same payment method you used for your purchase. If you return your entire order, we also refund the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.

We refund without undue delay and within 14 days of your cancellation notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned item or you provide proof of dispatch, whichever happens first.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Contact info@holywisdom.shop if your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. Please include your order number if available and describe the issue. These claims are not limited by the 14-day change-of-mind period.

Holy Wisdom is responsible to you as the seller and handles communication with the producer or carrier. For faults we are responsible for, you do not pay necessary return or replacement costs. This policy does not limit your statutory rights.

Exchanges and uncollected parcels

We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the item under this policy and place a new order.

Not collecting a parcel does not count as a cancellation notice. Please clearly notify us if you wish to cancel your purchase.
